Nextbit Robin is the first smartphone to have the cloud-based system in it. Now they are launching in India in next week. One good thing is Company got the approval to sell Nextbit Robin Smartphone in India earlier. Earlier company said they will launch the devices in the starting of May but it got a bit delayed because of approvals. The US price of the device is $399, So we are expecting the price near about 24-25K INR.
Nextbit Robin Specifications :
It has a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display and is powered by Qualcomm’s hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor managed with 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of inbuilt storage which is non-expandable but the cloud-storage is there. The Nextbit Robin comes with 100GB of free cloud storage space. The device also comes with a fingerprint sensor as per security purposes.
In Camera department there is a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2680mAh battery, and a USB Type-C port. The single-SIM capable device supports LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi and other connectivity options. Running with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
So What is new here? The Cloud-based storage is one awesome feature they may work only with high class Internet, We don’t know it will work with 2G or not, but later on we will test it. there is already 100GB Cloud-based space availabe for It’s users. but still many of Indian users are excited to use the handset, If they setup the reasonable price then there maybe higher chances for Indian users to choose it.
